We have added a new service – Industrial Contract Maintenance – to the list for our central Illinois customers. Since 1973, we have served our customers in all their maintenance needs. From repairs to emergency call-outs to pre-planned shutdowns and projects. Our many years of experience, has given us a unique look into multiple industries including chemical, food, sand, cement and the list goes on. Often times, our team’s of highly skilled field maintenance technicians have been working in our customer’s facilities for 10+ years. Because of this and the knowledge we have acquired we want to give our customers’ and future customers the option to secure team members consistently throughout the year through our new contract maintenance programs.
We currently services customers within a 60 mile radius in Central Illinois including: LaSalle, Peru, Ottawa, Utica, Joliet, Morris, Bloomington, and everywhere in between!

Consistent OSRS facility maintenance representative, allowing for more flexibility in long-term projects
Service reports documenting any additional issues, recommendations and estimate cost for repair
